Job Description

  • Support and execute web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns to meet business objectives.
  • Build, maintain, and grow the company's social media presence across platforms, engaging audiences and fostering brand loyalty.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing effectiveness against ROI and KPIs.
  • Identify trends and actionable insights from campaign data, optimizing spending and performance accordingly.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and conversion rate optimization initiatives to improve user engagement and sales funnels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and optimize landing pages, enhancing user experience and increasing conversion rates.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Identify critical conversion and drop-off points within user funnels, and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Work closely with external agencies and vendor partners to coordinate and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing technologies and evaluate their potential implementation.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs for performance tracking, reporting, and campaign adjustments.
  • Generate and contribute to creative content ideas, including videos, blog posts, and other multimedia materials.
  • Track marketing performance and ROI, maintaining detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and produce reports on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Source and manage advertising opportunities across various media including press, radio, and social media.
  • Collaborate with in-house or external creative agencies to develop marketing materials like brochures, adverts, and online creatives.
  • Write, proofread, and edit marketing copy for both digital and print campaigns to ensure clarity and brand consistency.
  • Manage the distribution of marketing materials across appropriate channels.
  • Conduct market research, including customer surveys and questionnaires, to gather actionable insights.
