Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in New Delhi, involves managing and executing content and performance marketing strategies. The Content & Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, conducting market research, content development, coordinating marketing campaigns, and fostering collaborative communication. The role also encompasses driving sales and enhancing engagement to support company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Manage and optimize paid ads (Meta Ads & Google Ads) to generate quality student leads.
  • Handle social media accounts and ensure consistent content posting.
  • Coordinate with the content team to create reels, posts, and educational content related to studying abroad.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and improve ROI.
  • Manage lead generation funnels and landing pages.
  • Work on SEO and website optimization to improve organic traffic.
  • Maintain CRM and track lead conversions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Market Planning and crafting innovative marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in Market Research and analyzing market trends
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas
  • Aptitude in Sales and Marketing to drive business goals
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and align activities with organizational objectives
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
