Digital Marketing Executive

Location: New Kondli, Delhi (fully on-site — candidate must be based in or near the New Kondli/Mayur Vihar area) Employment Type:

Mittal Story (Mittal Grocery Store) has been serving the New Kondli community for 20 years. We're now expanding into a premium dry fruits range alongside our regular grocery offering, and building our digital presence — Google Business Profile, WhatsApp, and social media — to match. We're looking for one person to own this end-to-end.

You will be the single point of ownership for our digital presence — managing our Google Business Profile, WhatsApp Business catalog and customer messaging, and Instagram/Facebook accounts. This is a hands-on, on-the-ground role: you'll be working from the store, photographing products, talking to customers, and posting content yourself — not managing this remotely or through a team.

Google Business Profile

• Keep the listing fully updated — categories, business description, hours, and attributes
• Add and maintain product listings (photos, prices) for both grocery and dry fruits
• Respond to every customer review, and proactively encourage happy customers to leave one
• Track basic performance (calls, direction requests, profile views) and report monthly

WhatsApp Business

• Build and keep the product catalog updated with fresh photos and prices
• Send periodic broadcast messages (new stock, offers, festival promotions) to our customer list
• Respond to customer queries and orders coming in through WhatsApp

Instagram & Facebook

• Plan and post regular content — product photos, store updates, festival offers
• Respond to comments and DMs
• Keep a simple, consistent posting rhythm rather than sporadic activity

Content Creation

• Take clean, well-lit product photos (dry fruits, grocery items, store) using a smartphone
• Write simple captions and product descriptions
• Basic graphic design using free tools like Canva (festival offer banners, price cards)

Festive & Campaign Support

• Help plan and execute our Diwali push — this includes outreach to nearby societies/RWAs and local offices for bulk/corporate gifting orders
• Support in-store activities like sampling days or promotional displays when needed

Good to Have (not mandatory)

• Familiarity with running Google or Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ads — if you have this, mention it, but it isn't a requirement for this role

• Comfortable using a smartphone for photography, WhatsApp Business, and Instagram/Facebook — no advanced technical degree required
• Good written Hindi; basic written English is a plus for captions and listings
• Freshers with strong digital/social media habits are welcome to apply; prior experience with a local business, shop, or small brand's social media is a bonus
• Based in or able to commute daily to New Kondli, Delhi — this is not a remote or hybrid role
• Reliable, self-starting, and comfortable working directly with a small business owner day-to-day rather than in a large team setup

• ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience
• Full-time, on-site at the New Kondli store
