Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to achieve ROAS and revenue targets.
- Research competitors and create high-converting ad creatives, including scripts, hooks, and short-form video ads.
- Analyze campaign performance (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM) and continuously test audiences, creatives, and offers to improve results.
- Work closely with the content and operations teams to execute product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and take ownership of driving profitable growth for the brand.
