Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for clients to enhance their online presence.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyse social media performance metrics using tools
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and other content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage social media ad campaigns, including setting up targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Prepare and present reports on social media activities, growth, and engagement to clients and internal teams.
- Engage with online communities and influencers to build brand awareness and foster positive relationships.
- Shoot & Content creation skills.
Job Skills:
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights to improve social media performance.
- Creative thinking and the ability to produce visually appealing content.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to stay updated with social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Experience in community management and engagement.
- Knowledge of basic graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Experience in running paid ad campaigns
