Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Pune Division. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee daily digital marketing activities, including designing and implementing strategies for social media, lead generation, and performance optimization. Primary responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, analyzing web analytics to measure campaign success, and identifying opportunities for growth. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing, including creating and managing compelling social media campaigns
• Strong skills in Lead Generation and Marketing to drive targeted traffic and convert leads into customers
• Proficiency in Web Analytics and Digital Marketing to monitor campaign performance and optimize for success
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience with industry-standard digital marketing tools and platforms
• Prior experience in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively
