Job Description

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who will take ownership of sales and revenue performance across multiple Almanac-managed properties.

This role combines analytical capabilities with hands-on OTA management, pricing strategy, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage OTA listings across Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Airbnb, and other channels.
  • Manage budgets across Google and OTA channels to drive maximum leads and conversion

  • Ensure listing quality images, descriptions, reviews, and competitive positioning are consistently optimized.

  • Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies based on occupancy, seasonality, and competition.

  • Work closely with reservations and operations teams to align availability, promotions, and rate parity across platforms.

  • Maintain property performance dashboards using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Generate and present weekly and monthly revenue reports for internal and partner reviews.

  • Manage PMS platforms (Ezee, Djubo, Stayflexi, or similar) for inventory, rates, and booking updates.
