Key Responsibilities

• Strong experience in social media handling and management is a must.
• Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms, with a focus on engagement, reach, and audience growth.
• Create engaging Reels, Stories, Carousels, and short-form videos using AI tools.
• Plan, create, and execute monthly/weekly content calendars.
• Run, monitor, and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, sales, retargeting, and brand awareness.
• Develop creative and engaging social media content aligned with the brand's objectives.
• Track social media and campaign performance using relevant analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media formats to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Continuously test and optimise creatives, audiences, ad copy, and campaigns to improve performance.

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimisation.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and content trends.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation, video creation, and creative development.
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing metrics will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate:

• Someone hands-on with social media, understands what content works, can independently create short-form content using AI tools, and has practical experience running and optimising Meta Ads.
