Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns and organic search efforts to drive growth for our clients and internal brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns including audience targeting, creatives, and budget optimization
• Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns — Search, Display, and Performance Max
• Handle on-page and off-page SEO including keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical fixes
• Track and report campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Dashboard, and Google Analytics
• Continuously test and optimize ads for better CTR, ROAS, and conversions
• Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives and landing page improvements
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and digital marketing trends

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
• Proven experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns independently
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO best practices
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with any marketing automation or CRM tool
• Knowledge of Canva or basic design tools
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
