Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring flawless execution across marketing initiatives.

The individual will play a critical role in influencer management, social media operations, reporting, campaign tracking, and marketing analytics, helping the team execute and scale marketing efforts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain and manage marketing trackers, dashboards, and reporting sheets across functions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting for marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in campaign tracking, performance monitoring, and documentation.
  • Organize marketing assets, briefs, and performance data in a structured manner.

2. Influencer Marketing Coordination:

  • Research, identify, and shortlist relevant influencers aligned with brand objectives.
  • Coordinate outreach, negotiations, follow-ups, and campaign execution.
  • Maintain influencer databases, communication records, and performance trackers.
  • Assist in tracking influencer content delivery and campaign outcomes.

3. Social Media Operations:

  • Support day-to-day execution of social media activities across platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely content publishing.
  • Monitor engagement, comments, and customer feedback across social channels.
  • Assist with online reputation management (ORM) by tracking reviews, ratings, and customer sentiment.

4. Performance Marketing Support:

  • Assist in campaign setup and quality checks across advertising platforms.
  • Support creative performance analysis and maintain performance trackers.
  • Prepare campaign reports and help identify trends and insights.
  • Coordinate with the performance marketing team to ensure smooth campaign execution and reporting.

5. Brand & Marketplace Monitoring:

  • Monitor brand visibility and representation across digital and e-commerce platforms.
  • Track product listings, ratings, reviews, and customer feedback trends.
  • Identify discrepancies or issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.

Who Should Apply

Must-Have Skills:

  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, operations, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong execution capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good-to-Have:

  • Experience with influencer marketing or social media management.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other digital advertising platforms.
  • Understanding of online customer journeys.
  • Experience working with reporting dashboards and marketing analytics.
  • Prior internship or work experience in a marketing-related role.
