ROLE DEFINITION
A Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for managing the company's digital presence, generating high-quality leads through online platforms, and supporting business growth through direct market outreach. The role also includes outbound sales activities such as meeting retailers, builders, and PMCs to promote products, strengthen relationships, and enhance brand visibility.

TASKS & ACTIVITIES
1. Content Research for Indian Market
- Research trending content formats (reels, short videos, product showcases)
- Analyze competitor strategies within India and international markets
- Identify content ideas from builders, architects, and interior designers
- Explore regional content opportunities (English, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, etc.)
2. Social Media Posting & Engagement
- Spend 23 hours daily managing:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Post engaging content regularly (images, reels, videos, project updates)
- Respond to all inquiries (WhatsApp, messages, comments) promptly
- Drive engagement through interactive content (polls, Q&A, stories)
3. Online Advertisement Management
- Run campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search & Display)
- YouTube Ads
- Target specific regions, cities, and industry segments
- Optimize campaigns to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Create ad creatives, copies, and simple landing pages
- Integrate WhatsApp for faster lead capture
4. Lead Management & Sales Coordination
- Share leads with the sales team on a daily/weekly basis
- Track lead status and feedback (interested, follow-up, converted)
- Improve lead quality based on sales insights
- Focus on generating high-intent leads (bulk buyers, dealers, exporters)
5. Outbound Sales & Market Development (NEW ADDITION)
- Visit and meet:
- Retailers
- Builders
- PMCs (Project Management Consultants)
- Architects and contractors
- Present company products, strengths, and unique offerings
- Distribute brochures, samples, and company profile
- Build strong relationships through face-to-face interactions
- Collect market feedback on pricing, demand, and competition
