About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (SEO Specialist) who understands that marketing is not just about posting content, it's about measurable growth.

Your primary focus will be SEO and organic visibility, along with managing paid campaigns to generate qualified leads. You will play a direct role in improving occupancy across our coworking spaces through data-driven digital strategies.

If you enjoy optimising rankings, reducing cost per lead, and building scalable growth systems, this role will give you real ownership and impact.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Organic Growth (Primary Focus)

• Plan and execute on-page SEO strategies
• Conduct keyword research with a strong local focus
• Optimise Google Business Profile listings
• Develop backlink strategies
• Improve local search rankings for coworking-related keywords
• Coordinate technical SEO improvements

Performance Marketing

• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Run and optimise Google Ads campaigns
• Monitor budgets and improve campaign performance

Analytics & Optimisation

• Track performance using Search Console
• Analyse campaign metrics and conversion rates
• Prepare monthly performance reports
• Continuously improve landing page performance

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Strong working knowledge of SEO execution
• Experience managing paid ad campaigns
• Comfortable working with analytics and performance metrics
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership
• Someone who thinks in terms of results, not just tasks

Experience in real estate, coworking, or local business marketing is an added advantage.
