Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our digital strategy. You will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven performance marketing. Your goal will be to increase app downloads, improve web visibility, and build a robust pipeline for B2B partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Community Management

  • Manage and grow Pauser's presence across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content (graphics, reels, and updates) tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor and participate in discussions on Reddit, Quora, and health-related forums to position Pauser as a leader in the heart-health space.
  • Respond to user comments and inquiries to build an active, loyal community.

2. SEO & App Store Optimization (ASO)

  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies for pauser.health to drive organic traffic.
  • Optimize App Store and Google Play Store listings (keywords, descriptions, and visuals) to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-intent topics for the health and wellness sector.

3. Paid Ads Management

  • Design, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search/UAC) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Monitor ad spend, perform A/B testing on creatives, and report on key metrics like CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and ROAS.

4. B2B Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Research and compile contact lists of potential B2B partners, including health insurance providers, corporate wellness programs, and fitness organizations.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and re-engage existing users.
  • Manage the CRM/lead database to ensure consistent follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably for a mobile app or health-tech product.
  • Performance Marketing: Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
  • Content & SEO: Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console).
  • Communication: Exceptional written communication skills for replying to public discussions and drafting professional B2B emails.
  • Tools: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo).
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to pull insights from Google Analytics and App Store Connect to refine marketing tactics.

Bonus Points
  • Experience in the wearable tech or bio-hacking industry.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe Express) for social media assets.
  • Understanding of the B2B health-tech sales cycle.
