About the Role

The Digital Marketing Executive role is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns for Sadbhav Futuretech's solar energy solutions. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with social media content creation and scheduling, monitoring engagement, and helping to grow brand presence across digital platforms. The executive will support digital marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, online promotions, and basic SEO activities, while using web analytics tools to track performance and prepare simple reports. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, conducting basic market and competitor research, and communicating campaign updates to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with social media content creation and scheduling
• Monitor engagement and help grow brand presence across digital platforms
• Support digital marketing initiatives such as email campaigns and online promotions
• Conduct basic SEO activities
• Use web analytics tools to track performance and prepare simple reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Communicate campaign updates to supervisors

Qualifications

• Pursuing or having completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Interest in renewable energy and sustainability, with the ability to learn quickly and work independently in a remote environment

Required Skills

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to support campaign execution and audience engagement
• Skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to help analyze performance and optimize digital initiatives
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively, create clear content, and present insights
• Basic understanding of SEO, content creation, and branding in a digital context is beneficial
• Proficiency in common digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, MS Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus)
