Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Digital Marketing Executive. The primary responsibilities include designing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating engaging web content, and performing web analytics to measure campaign effectiveness. The Digital Marketing Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Email Marketing and Communication, with the ability to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns while collaborating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar) including list segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign management.
- Expertise in Email Copywriting to create engaging, personalized, and conversion-focused email content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Experience with email analytics and reporting tools to track key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, deliverability) and make data-driven improvements.
- Understanding of A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies to improve engagement and campaign performance.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices, spam compliance (CAN-SPAM/GDPR), and list hygiene.
- Analytical and creative thinking skills to develop innovative campaigns and continuously optimize performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and integration with SEO/PPC/paid campaigns is a plus.
