Protocol – www.protocol.org.in, a leading training and development company in Bangalore, looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to drive our online presence and generate high-quality organic leads through smart SEO and impactful social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website traffic, keyword ranking, and domain authority.
• Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and backlinking efforts.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns on Instagram and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Track and analyze performance metrics across all digital platforms and optimize accordingly.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing, Google algorithm changes, and social media best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and backlink strategies.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.
• Proficiency in managing LinkedIn and Instagram for brand marketing and lead generation.
• Knowledge of performance marketing and paid digital campaigns (preferred).
• Creative thinking with the ability to translate data insights into actionable campaigns.
