Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketer to join our team. Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.

• Manage social media accounts and schedules, ensuring consistent posting and engagement.
• Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics across platforms to optimize campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive campaigns and content.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive leads and sales.
• Report on key performance indicators and make recommendations for improvement.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity with a strong sense of design and branding.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
