Job Description
We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, content creation, and campaign execution. Strong knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools for content creation, design, analytics, and automation is required.
The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to improve brand visibility, generate leads, and drive online engagement through effective digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging creatives, reels, and promotional content using Canva and AI tools.
- Perform SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink building.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads / Meta Ads).
- Analyze website and social media performance metrics to improve results.
- Draft creative content for social media, blogs, ads, and campaigns.
- Stay updated on digital trends, competitor strategies, and new AI marketing tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve branding and outreach.
Required Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and paid ads.
- Proficiency in Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and AI marketing tools.
- Experience using AI tools for content writing, design, automation, or campaign optimization (mandatory).
- Good communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
