Role Overview

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive (Performance Marketing) to manage end-to-end paid media operations across multiple client accounts.

This role requires strong expertise in media buying, conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign optimization. You will be responsible for driving ROI, scaling campaigns, and making data-backed decisions across platforms.

 This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for candidates with proven hands-on experience managing paid campaigns and multiple client accounts independently in an agency/performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and scale full-funnel paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other emerging platforms
  • Manage end-to-end media buying, including campaign structuring, budget allocation, bid strategy execution, and performance scaling
  • Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking systems using Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4, event tracking, and attribution models
  • Monitor, test, and optimize campaigns based on core performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, and ROAS
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify insights, inefficiencies, and scaling opportunities, and translate them into actionable optimizations
  • Execute and refine audience targeting strategies, including segmentation, retargeting, and funnel-based optimization
  • Build and manage performance reports and dashboards, delivering clear, actionable insights for decision-making
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, ad policies, market trends and competitive benchmarks
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop and iterate high-performing, conversion-focused ad creatives

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads must, with exposure to other and emerging ones is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in performance marketing and media buying, including campaign scaling, budget optimisation, bid strategy execution, and multi-account handling
  • Advanced knowledge of conversion tracking, including Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4, event tracking, and attribution, with the ability to troubleshoot tracking issues independently
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and optimize campaigns based on ROI, ROAS, CPA, and CPL
  • Proficiency in reporting and dashboards using GA4, and advanced tools
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, user journeys, audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion optimisation
  • Solid knowledge of buyer psychology, behavioural targeting, and performance-driven creative strategy
  • Strong awareness of market trends, auction dynamics, platform algorithm updates, new ad features, and evolving paid media best practices, with the ability to translate them into performance-driven strategies rather than relying on guesswork.

Experience & Profile

2 – 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media, preferably in an agency environment.

Must have experience managing multiple client accounts, with the ability to independently optimize and scale campaigns using a performance-first, data-driven approach.

Experience in managing international ad accounts and campaigns is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with advanced certifications in Google Ads & Meta Ads (mandatory). 

Only candidates with proven hands-on experience in paid media and performance marketing will be considered.
