We are looking for a proactive and creativeJunior Marketing Executivewith at least1 to 2 years of experienceto support day-to-day marketing activities, campaign execution, lead generation, and brand promotion. The role involves coordinating with sales teams, managing digital content, and assisting in market research.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executingmarketing campaigns(online & offline).
- Supportdigital marketing activities, including social media posting, website updates, and email marketing.
- Conductmarket research, competitor analysis, and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and agencies for marketing materials.
- Assist inlead generation activitiesand follow-up coordination with sales.
- Manage and update CRM databases, customer lists, and campaign trackers.
- Prepare marketing content such as brochures, flyers, product descriptions, and presentations.
- Track marketing campaign performance and share weekly/monthly reports.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all materials.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-year experiencein marketing (digital/field/brand).
- Good understanding and experience ofdigital marketing tools(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, Google Analytics preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and reporting abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Creativity and willingness to learn new marketing trends.
