Key Skills Required:
1. 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media marketing

3. Experience working with an event management company will be a plus
4. Experience in digital and social media marketing of Events like concerts is a plus.
5. Strong experience in SEO & SEM
6. Hands-on experience with Social Media Marketing (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X)
7. Experience in creating Videos, Reels, Ads, and banners for social media and websites
8. Experience with HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Forms, HubSpot Workflows, Email Marketing Automation will be a plus
9. Content writing & editing skills (blogs, articles, website content)
10. Experience in email marketing, newsletters, and listing platforms
11. Ability to analyse data, optimize campaigns, and improve conversions
12. Project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
Job Responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute, and manage digital and Social Media marketing strategies to drive business growth
2. Manage and grow the company's social media presence
3. Execute digital campaigns for events when required
4. Create engaging graphics, creatives, videos, ads, and reels
5. Perform SEO activities, keyword research, and website performance analysis
6. Improve key KPIs such as bounce rate, dwell time, and conversion rate
7. Plan and run A/B tests and conversion optimization experiments
8. Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity
9. Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters
10. Explore new digital channels and media opportunities
11. Support website visuals, banners, and content updates
Educational Qualification:
BBA, MBA, or equivalent
