ole Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting NICMAR's performance

marketing initiatives by coordinating closely with the internal marketing team and the

external digital agency. The role involves campaign execution support, lead

management, timely communication, and ensuring smooth delivery of all digital

marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Agency Coordination & Campaign Execution

Act as a primary point of contact between NICMAR's internal team and the external

digital marketing agency.

Communicate campaign briefs, deadlines, and deliverables to the agency in a clear and

timely manner.

Ensure campaigns across Search, Social, Display, and other channels are executed as

per NICMAR's objectives.

Track campaign status, follow up on creatives, approvals, and daily optimizations with

the agency.

Ensure messaging consistency and alignment with NICMAR's brand and admissions

goals.

2. Lead Generation & Admissions Campaign Support

Coordinate with the agency to generate high-quality leads across all digital platforms.

Share lead quality insights with the agency to support optimization efforts.

Ensure timely execution of application deadline campaigns, last-mile push

communication, and remarketing activities.

Support application funnel improvements by coordinating nurturing initiatives like

email, WhatsApp, and retargeting ads.

3. Reporting, Analysis & Insights Management

Collect, consolidate, and validate campaign reports shared by the agency.

Maintain dashboards and assist in performance tracking for key metrics such as CPL,

CTR, conversions, and application rates.

Identify performance gaps and share observations internally for strategic decisions.

Ensure weekly and monthly performance reports are submitted by the agency on time.

4. Budget Support & Tracking

Monitor daily campaign spends in coordination with the agency to ensure adherence to

allocated budgets.

Report overspending or performance deviations to the Performance Marketing

Manager.

Assist in budget reallocation guidance based on performance trends.

5. Internal Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with Outreach, Admissions, and MIS teams to share campaign updates,

lead flow, and performance insights.

Ensure smooth information flow between internal teams and the agency for faster

execution and problem-solving.

Assist in aligning campaign messaging and targeting with institutional priorities and

admission cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Management, or a

related field.

03 years of experience in digital marketing, agency coordination, or

performance marketing roles.

Understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads,

LinkedIn Ads)

Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet time-sensitive

deadlines.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.
