Job Description

Job Profile: Digital Marketing Executive

Designation: Executive/ Sr. Executive

Location: Bangalore – Work from Office

Department: Marketing

Language Proficiency: English and Hindi are must. Any added languages are added advantage

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing end-to-end digital marketing activities, with a strong focus on social media management, paid digital campaigns, SEO, and leveraging new-age digital tools. The role aims to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow company presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendar
  • Create and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
  • Lead influencer marketing and Digital collaborations
  • Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares) and respond appropriately
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity

2.Vendor & Agency Management

  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors including:
  • Creative/design agencies
  • Performance marketing agencies
  • Brief vendors clearly on campaign requirements, brand guidelines, and timelines
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of outputs (creatives, videos, digital assets)
  • Review deliverables and provide feedback to ensure alignment with Netafim standards
  • Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations
  • Continuously optimize based on data

3. Digital Advertising (Performance Marketing)

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Optimize campaigns for Lead generation, Reach, Engagement, Website traffic & Conversions
  • Track ROI, CPL (cost per lead), and campaign effectiveness

4. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities:
  • Keyword research
  • Content optimization
  • Meta tags, backlinks
  • Work on improving website ranking and organic traffic
  • Coordinate with web/SEO agencies

5. Basic use of Digital & AI Tools

  • Leverage tools for higher efficiency:
  • Design: Canva, Adobe tools
  • Video: CapCut, InVideo
  • AI Tools: ChatGPT/Copilot, Canva AI
  • Stay updated with latest digital trends, tools, and platform updates

Key Functional Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of Social media platforms and trends
  • Digital advertising (Google & Meta Ads)
  • SEO fundamentals
  • Basic knowledge of content creation (graphics/video)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools
  • MS office – Powerpoint, Word, Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate
  • 3–4 years of experience in Digital marketing role
  • Experience in Agri-input industry / rural marketing (preferred)
