Role Description
- 1-2 recent years in digital advertising / marketing.
- Experience in Making the Keywords Ranking Strategy with Technical SEO
- Experience in Universal as well as GA4 including Tag Manager and Ecommerce Tracking
- Experience planning and/or executing programmatic campaigns within a brand
- Role with a performance digital marketing agency
- Work as a performance marketing specialist with significant budget handling
- Deep understanding of digital lead generation and brand building techniques using Search, Social, Affiliate, and Programmatic (e.g. Targeting, content and creatives for programmatic and Social, SEO and SEM)
- Advanced working knowledge of Google Ads Console, Webmaster console, Moz, and email marketing tools.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively: analyse, synthesize, recommend and take actions, including proficiency in excel pivot tables and manipulating large data sets
- Experience in a startup or venture-like operating model preferred
Responsibility:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Plan, launch and optimize prospecting and retargeting campaigns based on strategic objectives
- Work with internal and external partners to ensure proper campaign and pilot set-up, and audit campaign setup to ensure accuracy
- Work with internal and external partners to support ongoing optimization against key success KPI and learning agenda, enforce reporting, and escalate issues as they arise
- Define, execute, analyse, and optimize A/B and multi-variant tests
- Support brand teams in end-to-end orchestration of precision marketing campaigns and strategic tests, across key campaign phases (planning, design, execution, measurement)
- Maintain tracking, monitoring, and reporting tools
- Weekly reporting on primary, secondary, and contextually relevant KPIs
- Evaluate channel performance and strategies
