Job Description

Position Overview:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing agencies for performance marketing campaigns Content Writing, brand campaigns, and SEO. The role requires strong expertise in performance marketing, hands-on experience with content creation, and a solid understanding of SEO practices. The ideal candidate will have experience working with digital marketing agencies and executing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms including Email marketing, Whatsapp marketing,Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics such as CPC, CPM, ROI, and conversion rates, and provide insights for improvement.
  • Work closely with the AVP, Growth and external agencies to develop strategies that increase lead generation, website traffic, and sales.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives, targeting, and strategies.
  • Optimize campaigns and ensure the cost-per-acquisition (CPA) is within the target range.

2. Content Writing & Strategy:

  • Develop high-quality, engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling content that aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.

3. SEO & Web Optimization:

  • Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Optimize content, landing pages, and websites for search engines, focusing on keyword research, link-building strategies, and metadata optimization.
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and Google Search Console to identify SEO opportunities.
  • Ensure that all content follows SEO best practices and contributes to improving search visibility.

4. Digital Marketing Agency Management:

  • Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies to execute marketing strategies, ensuring they align with the company's goals.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and clear communication to digital agencies for campaign execution and optimization.
  • Evaluate the performance of agency-managed campaigns, ensuring that KPIs are met and suggesting adjustments as necessary.
  • Ensure timely reporting from agencies and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.

5. Reporting & Analytics:

  • Create and present regular reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, content performance, and SEO improvements.
  • Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others to measure the success of marketing activities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Track and report on key digital KPIs, such as website traffic, conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), click-through rates (CTR), and customer acquisition cost (CAC).

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, content writing, and SEO.
  • Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience working with digital marketing agencies and handling campaigns across various digital platforms.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in performance marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Whatsapp Marketing etc.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Google Search Console.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like MailChimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo is a plus.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to track performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
