Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our team remotely. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing online presence, and driving lead generation and customer engagement through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management
- Plan, implement, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms (social media, search, display, email).
- Develop strategies for lead generation, conversion, and brand visibility.
2. Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor engagement, analyze performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
3. Content Marketing
- Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly blogs, website content, and creatives.
- Ensure alignment with brand tone and audience needs.
4. SEO & SEM
- Conduct keyword research, optimize web content, and enhance on-page/off-page SEO.
- Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns; track ROI.
5. Email Marketing
- Design and execute targeted email campaigns for promotions, nurturing leads, and re-engagement.
- Analyze key metrics like open rate, CTR, and conversions.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Meta Insights to track performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
7. Brand Awareness
- Strengthen the brand's online presence using innovative digital strategies.
- Stay updated with digital trends and experiment with new tools and platforms.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, designers, and content teams for cohesive campaigns.
- Share creative ideas and contribute to team discussions and planning.
Salary
- Full-time: 15,000 20,000/month (based on skills & experience)
