Only candidates living in Mumbai will be considered. Any applications that don't live in Mumbai will be automatically rejected. We are a hybrid team and require someone who can work from our office in Mumbai at least once / twice a week.

About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can set up, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. This role suits someone who is hands-on with performance marketing, comfortable working with tight budgets, and can analyse data to take decisions and drive results

Since we're an early-stage startup, the role will be 80% digital marketing and 20% additional marketing support (content, coordination, etc.). A flexible, ownership-driven mindset is key.

Key Responsibilities

A. Paid Campaign Management

  • Set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Run performance campaigns within tight budgets.
  • Assist and execute acquisition, retention, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and bidding strategies.

B. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyse performance using Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Meta dashboards, etc.
  • Share weekly & monthly performance reports with insights and next steps.
  • Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and other key metrics.
  • Identify optimisation opportunities based on user behaviour and funnel data.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, best practices, and trends.

C. Additional Support

  • Support other day-to-day marketing initiatives when required.

Key Requirements

  • 12 years of experience running paid campaigns (Google Ads is mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of the Google Ads Suite (Ads Manager, Keyword Planner, Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience managing tight budgets and delivering results
  • Data-driven decision-making and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads preferred
  • Bonus: Experience with remarketing / retargeting campaigns
