Role & Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Execution: Assist in planning and executing effective digital strategies to boost client visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Campaign Management: Run and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and more.
- Content & Social Media Marketing: Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling digital content. Manage client social media profiles to ensure consistent branding and growth.
- SEO & SEM: Implement SEO best practices and manage paid campaigns to drive traffic and improve ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to track campaign performance and deliver insightful reports.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 2 - 4 years in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Skills:
- Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM
- Marketing automation tools
- Data interpretation & reporting
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, and teamwork
- Creative Edge: Understanding of content creation and visual marketing
