We are looking for a creative, performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with deep expertise in Meta Business Suite, account setup, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with content creation (especially reels) and capable of managing the complete Meta ecosystem—from setup to scaling campaigns.

- End-to-end management of Meta Business Suite (Facebook, Instagram & What's App)
- Set up and configure Meta Business Accounts, Ad Accounts, Pixels, and Assets
- Manage Business Manager permissions, roles, and integrations
- Hands-on experience with Meta Developer tools / API setup (preferred)
- Ensure proper tracking, event setup, and data flow for campaigns
2. Social Media Management & Content Creation
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Develop high-quality reels, short videos, posts, and stories aligned with brand voice
- Stay updated with trends and create content that drives organic growth & engagement
3. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns across:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Email Marketing
- Align campaigns with business goals, audience targeting, and funnel stages
4. Paid Advertising & Optimization
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns & Google Ads(core focus) for:
- Lead generation
- Website traffic
- Conversions
5. SEO & Website Coordination
- Implement basic SEO practices for improved visibility
- Coordinate with developers/designers for landing page optimization & UX improvements
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance using:
- Google Analytics
- Meta Ads Manager & Insights
- Generate actionable insights to improve ROI and campaign performance
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong expertise in:
- Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager
- Account setup, asset configuration, and permissions
- Experience with Meta Developer tools / integrations (preferred)
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Social media tools, and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and engagement strategies.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design, video composition, and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
