Job Description

Abstract:

HubBroker is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join its growing marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a career in B2B SaaS marketing. The selected candidate will support the planning and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns spanning SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content creation, while also assisting in lead generation efforts and CRM-based marketing automation workflows using ZOHO CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

Support multi-channel campaigns Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns across email, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.

Drive lead generation Help build and optimize strategies to attract traffic and convert visitors into qualified leads.

Work with ZOHO CRM Assist in managing and maintaining marketing automation workflows under guidance.

Collaborate with sales Work closely with the sales team to align messaging, nurture leads, and support conversion goals.

Create content Write and edit blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and ad copy tailored to buyer personas.

Track and report Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and help prepare reports with actionable insights.

Conduct market research Support competitors and industry analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Support product launches Assist in preparing promotional materials and executing go-to-market strategies.

Maintain brand presence Help keep HubBroker's website and social profiles updated, consistent, and engaging.

Requirements

Qualifications

Education: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Digital basics: Foundational understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing concepts.

Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills; Danish language ability is a bonus.

Analytical thinking: Comfortable working with data, drawing insights, and suggesting optimization.

Tools exposure: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Canva, WordPress, or social media platforms.

CRM awareness: Basic knowledge or coursework related to CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus.

Mindset: Proactive, creative, and eager to learn in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.

Attention to detail: Ability to maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials.
