Job Description

As a digital marketing executive, the mission is to drive the online presence and visibility of the organization. The role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various channels. The ultimate goal is to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and boost conversions in the dynamic digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working on 3 project names: Global Survey, Advisory Way, and Go Web Survey
  • Campaign management:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels

(social media, email, PPC, SEO etc.).

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies

as needed.

  • Content creation and strategy:
  • Develop compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, articles, case studies, email marketing, market trends, etc.
  • Craft content calendars aligned with business goals and audience preferences. (social media calendar)
  • SEO and SEM:
  • Optimize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive traffic

and conversions.

  • Social media management:
  • Curate and schedule social media posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community interaction. (Messenger, Inbox, Email Marketing)
  • Paid advertising (PPC & display Ads):
  • Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media campaigns.
  • Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Track ROI and conversion rates for all paid campaigns.
  • Analytics and reporting:
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI. (Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
  • Generate regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements. (Social Media calendar)
  • Email marketing:
  • Design and execute email campaigns (newsletters, product updates, promotions).
  • Segment email lists for targeted messaging.
  • Collaboration and cross-functional support:
  • Work closely with design, content on Canva to align marketing efforts.
  • Provide input for website enhancements and user experience improvements.
