Your Role

You will handle day-to-day digital execution + lead response systems, ensuring that every inquiry is responded to quickly and converted into a qualified lead.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Execution

✔ Run SEO (on-page basics, content optimization)

✔ Manage Google Ads campaigns for international leads

✔ Support website lead generation & CRO

WhatsApp & Chat Handling (HIGH PRIORITY)

✔ Handle inbound inquiries via WhatsApp, website chat & email

✔ Respond quickly to international prospects

✔ Use WhatsApp Business API for automation & templates

✔ Ensure no lead is missed or delayed

Email Marketing (CORE FOCUS)

✔ Execute email campaigns to global buyers

✔ Manage lists, segmentation & basic automation

✔ Send follow-ups and nurture sequences

✔ Support sales team in outreach campaigns

Zoho CRM & Support Systems

✔ Update leads in Zoho CRM

✔ Manage Zoho SalesIQ & Zoho Desk tickets

✔ Maintain accurate lead data and tracking

KPIs (Very Important)

WhatsApp & Chat KPIs

✔ Response Time (within minutes)

✔ Number of conversations handled

✔ Lead qualification rate

✔ Inquiry-to-lead conversion

Email Marketing KPIs

✔ Open Rate

✔ Click-Through Rate (CTR)

✔ Response Rate

✔ Lead conversion from email campaigns

Requirements

Who Should Apply

✅ 3–5 years in Digital Marketing / Lead Handling

✅ Hands-on with WhatsApp API or chat tool and Email Marketing chat tools

✅ Experience in Email Marketing & CRM

✅ Comfortable with multitasking & fast response roles

✅ Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
