The Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to own the execution and optimization of our Google Ads accounts. You will be the subject matter expert for all Google campaigns, managing a significant monthly budget to drive new customer acquisition and repeat purchases for our marketplace business. This is a critical, hands-on role for a performance marketer who thrives on data, experimentation, and driving
measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Execution:
- Manage and optimize large-scale Google Ads campaigns including App, Search, Shopping, PMax, DemandGen, Display and YouTube campaigns.
- Conduct rigorous keyword & market research, analysis, and expansion to identify new growth opportunities.
- Write, test, and refine compelling ad copy and manage creative assets for different campaign types, ensuring alignment with brand voice and performance goals.
Optimization & Analysis:
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CVR, and LTV to make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Manage and optimize product feeds within Google Merchant Center (GMC), troubleshooting disapprovals and enhancing data quality to improve Shopping and P-Max performance.
- Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Appsflyer to analyze user behavior, track conversions across web and app, and derive actionable insights to inform strategy.
- Analyze search query reports to build robust negative keyword lists and refine targeting.
Reporting & Collaboration:
- Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards to communicate results and insights to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Meta, Programmatic, and Marketplace teams to ensure a cohesive full-funnel strategy.
- Work closely with the tech team to implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and product feed integrations.
What We're Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for an e-commerce or D2C brand with a large budget (upwards of 50 Lakhs/month).
- Proven, in-depth expertise with Performance Max, Google Shopping, and Search campaigns, including feed management in GMC and Shopify.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets and make clear, actionable recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for performance analysis and reporting.
Good-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Meta Ads campaigns.
- Experience with mobile measurement platforms (MMPs) like Appsflyer.
- Understanding of web and app tracking principles, including conversion tracking, pixels, and event-based analytics.
- Google Ads certifications (Search, Shopping, Measurement) are a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
