Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing fundamentals.

The candidate will be responsible for managing paid campaigns, supporting SEO activities, tracking performance, and contributing to overall digital strategy.

This is a full-time, on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing
  • Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
  • Set up, monitor & optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Remarketing).
  • Manage budget allocation, targeting, and campaign objectives.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • SEO & Website Optimization
  • Conduct keyword research & implement on-page SEO improvements.
  • Assist in off-page SEObacklinks, directory submissions, blog outreach.
  • Track rankings, monitor analytics & suggest improvements.
  • Digital Marketing Tasks
  • Work with creative teams on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Assist in planning monthly digital strategies & campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Manage posting/scheduling on social media if required.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Work with Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics & Search Console.
  • Track campaign KPIs & generate performance insights.
  • Share reports with internal teams and clients when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.
  • Good understanding of SEO, digital funnels, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with tools like Analytics, Search Console, Keyword Planner, Canva (bonus).
  • Strong analytical skills and a learning mindset.
  • Good communication & coordination skills.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or similar field.
  • 0.5 2 year experience preferred.
  • Freshers with practical digital marketing knowledge (courses/project work) can also apply.
