Job Summary

We are hiring Digital Marketing Interns who are enthusiastic, creative, and eager to launch their career in Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Content Marketing. This 6-month internship is designed to give you hands-on experience in live projects. Upon successful completion, selected candidates will be promoted to Digital Marketing Executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing weekly/monthly digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage and post engaging content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Reddit, and other platforms.
• Support in social media management, community engagement, and campaign optimization.
• Work with graphic designers and content teams to create videos, creatives, and marketing collaterals.
• Run and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Assist in SEO, SEM, keyword research, content marketing, and website optimization.
• Generate leads using LinkedIn Marketing, trending hashtags, online groups, and community engagement.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to improve ROI and conversion rates.
• Support the team in email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications OR a certified digital marketing course.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Creative thinker with skills in content writing, social media, and campaign ideation.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO Tools, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to deadlines.
• Interest in entrepreneurship, franchising, and new business opportunities is a plus.
• Must be based in Bangalore; candidates within 30 minutes of our office preferred.
