Role: Digital Marketing Executive

Experience: 3+ Years (Mandatory EdTech Industry)

Market Focus: United States

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

Employment Type: Full-time (Work From Office)

We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Executive with 3+ years of experience in the EdTech industry, specializing in Brand Marketing and Performance Marketing for the US market.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, building brand presence, generating high-quality leads, and optimizing marketing funnels for international audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing

* Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns targeting the US market

* Manage and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

* Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for lead generation, CPL, and ROI

* Build and optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, and conversion strategies

* Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies

* Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports and insights

Brand Marketing

* Develop and implement brand-building strategies for the EdTech platform

* Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels

* Work closely with content and design teams to create high-impact marketing assets

* Strengthen brand visibility and awareness within the US EdTech audience

* Social Media Marketing & Management

* Manage and grow brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms

* Plan and execute content strategies aligned with brand positioning

* Create and manage content calendars for campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives

* Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content strategies accordingly

* Track social media performance and suggest improvements for reach, engagement, and conversions

* Stay updated on US digital marketing trends and audience behavior

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum 3+ years of digital marketing experience in the EdTech industry (mandatory)

* Proven experience handling marketing campaigns for the US market

* Strong expertise in Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

* Experience in Brand Marketing and brand positioning strategies

* Strong understanding of lead generation, marketing funnels, and conversion optimization

* Experience with marketing analytics tools and campaign performance tracking

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

* Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing
