Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru, KA (100% WFO)

Employment Type: Fulltime Permanent

Role Overview

The Senior Executive Marketing will be responsible for end-to-end marketing activities including SEO, digital marketing, content creation, social media reach, market research, and campaign execution. The role focuses on strengthening the company's brand presence, understanding market trends, and supporting business growth in the aerospace and defence engineering domain.

This role requires a hands-on marketing professional who can work closely with technical, sales, and leadership teams to convert market insights into structured marketing actions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & SEO

• Manage website SEO to improve organic visibility and search rankings
• Perform keyword research aligned with engineering and defence-related services
• Monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and lead sources
• Coordinate with web developers for SEO and website enhancements

1. Social Media & Content Reach

• Plan and execute social media strategies, primarily on LinkedIn
• Improve post reach, engagement, and follower growth through structured content planning
• Create technical, corporate, and brand-oriented content for B2B audiences
• Analyse content performance and optimise posting strategies

1. Marketing Campaigns & Ads

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns and paid advertisements
• Create ad creatives, define targeting, and track campaign performance
• Support marketing initiatives for exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events

1. Branding & Marketing Support

• Support corporate branding and employer branding initiatives
• Coordinate marketing activities for aerospace and defence exhibitions and conferences
• Maintain and organise marketing assets and documents

1. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare periodic marketing and market research reports for leadership
• Track ROI and effectiveness of marketing activities
• Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies when required

Required Skills & Experience

• 47 years of experience in marketing, preferably in engineering, aerospace, defence, or manufacturing sectors
• Strong experience in market research and competitive analysis
• Hands-on knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and B2B content creation
• Ability to interpret market data and convert insights into actionable strategies
• Strong written communication with a professional, structured approach
• Comfortable working from office and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Prior exposure to aerospace, defence, or industrial markets
• Experience in marketing research tools, analytics platforms, or industry databases
