Key Responsibilities:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and enhance visibility on search engines.
- PPC Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize pay-per-click campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other channels to achieve maximum ROI.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, creating engaging content and driving user engagement.
- Website Traffic Growth: Develop strategies to increase website traffic through various digital marketing channels, including content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
- Content Creation & Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to develop and promote high-quality content across all digital platforms to attract and engage our target audience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI; prepare and present reports to management.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and drip campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns by conducting A/B tests, analyzing performance data, and making data-driven decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, IT, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- App Store Optimization (ASO): Manage and optimize the Digital Class app's visibility and ranking on both Google Play and Apple App Store. This includes keyword research, optimizing app titles, descriptions, and visuals, monitoring app performance, and implementing strategies to increase downloads and user engagement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 month experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media management, and email marketing.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
