Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Executive. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Daily tasks will include creating and managing content, analyzing web analytics, executing social media strategies, and optimizing marketing efforts to achieve performance goals. The role focuses on driving engagement, increasing brand visibility, and generating leads for clients.
Qualifications
Roles and ResponsibilitiesCreate and publish high-quality content aligned with company goals
Plan, prepare and manage monthly and weekly content calendars
Conceptualize, script and create engaging Reels and short-form videos
Confidently appear in front of the camera to record reels and promotional videos
Stay updated with new content formats, trends and platform specific requirements
Ideate, write and collaborate with graphic designers and sales teams to produce engaging content
Identify customer needs and content gaps and recommend new topics
Write compelling copy for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters and other marketing materials
Manage and grow the company's social media presence
Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content performance
Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field
Minimum 6 months experience in social media, blogging, digital marketing, corporate communications or content writing
Proven experience in planning and preparing structured content calendars
Proven experience in creating and presenting short-form video content, especially Reels
Comfortable and confident speaking on camera
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
