Creste DIY is hiring a Meta Ads Expert to help us scale our online sales through structured, performance-driven advertising. This role is for someone who understands paid ads deeply, enjoys analysing numbers, and knows how to turn data into consistent growth.

What you'll do:

Plan, set up, and manage Meta ad campaigns end-to-end

Test creatives, audiences, and offers to improve performance

Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall revenue

Scale winning campaigns and optimise underperforming ones

Share weekly performance reports with clear insights and next steps

Work closely with the team to align ads with launches and campaigns

Coordinate with the e-commerce team to ensure tracking, funnels, and store flow are aligned

Who should apply:

4 to 5+ years of hands-on experience running Meta ads

Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals

Knows how to handle the Shopify platform and other e-commerce platforms

Comfortable managing ad budgets and scaling campaigns

Able to analyse numbers and make data-backed decisions

Case studies or past campaign results are required

Responsible, structured, and consistent with optimisation
