Responsibilities

Digital Campaigns

• Plan and manage paid ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create smart strategies to grow brand reach and increase sales.

SEO and Website

• Improve website content for better search rankings.
• Track site performance using tools like Google Analytics and suggest changes.

Lead Generation

• Build and run campaigns to attract buyers and investors.
• Manage and follow up with leads using CRM systems.
• Work closely with the tele-sales team to support conversions.

Market Research

• Study market trends, customer needs, and what competitors are doing.
• Use insights to improve campaign success.

Reporting

• Create reports on campaign results.
• Use the data to improve future marketing plans.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related subject.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email tools, and CRMs.
• Strong understanding of online marketing and customer behaviour.
• Experience with any real estate company/client is a must.
