About The Role
We need a performance marketer who thinks in funnels, tests creatively like an engineer, and reads GA4 reports before checking Instagram. You will own CodeLamda's digital presence — our own website SEO, paid campaigns for client acquisition, and content distribution across channels. This role reports directly to the founder and has real budget authority from week one.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Own SEO for codelamda.com — technical audits, keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content planning
- Set up and maintain GA4 analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution models
- Create and distribute content across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and relevant communities
- Write ad copy, landing page copy, and email sequences for lead generation campaigns
- Report ROAS, CAC, and lead quality metrics weekly with actionable recommendations
- Manage client marketing campaigns for D2C and SaaS brands (Chrovel, Combraided, Tapri)
What We're Looking For
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience running paid campaigns or SEO
- Familiarity with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Strong written communication — you will write ad copy, blog briefs, and social posts daily
- Data-driven mindset — you make decisions based on numbers, not gut feelings
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page factors, content strategy
- Bonus: experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo) or CRM (HubSpot)
