ob Title: Executive Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, collate, and streamline professional data, insights, and
materials to support personal brand development
Draft, edit, and publish LinkedIn posts, articles, and engagement
content
Assist in creating newsletters and marketing collaterals aligned with
the client's expertise
Brainstorm and collaborate on personal branding ideas, including
evaluating ease of execution, pros/cons, and content direction
Support early-stage brand development by suggesting simple, practical
content and visibility strategies
Update and maintain LinkedIn profile to reflect evolving professional
positioning
Assist with website content updates in coordination with external
partners
Draft and organize thought leadership articles for publishing
Conduct in-depth research on Medicare, healthcare services, and local
government resources
Make calls and correspond with external parties (e.g., service
providers, agencies) to gather accurate and up-to-date information
beyond online sources
Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and logistics related to parents
care and other personal matters
Manage schedules, reminders, and task tracking for both professional
and personal commitments
Handle ad hoc administrative tasks including research, data
organization, and coordination support
Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of deliverables
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong copywriting and content creation skills (LinkedIn, newsletters)
Experience in personal branding or social media content management
Excellent research skills, including ability to go beyond online search
(calls, outreach, coordination)
Strong critical thinking and ability to contribute ideas and suggestions
High attention to detail with the ability to structure and organize
unstructured information
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Salary- 20-22k (4 hours)
