Digital Marketing Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in Chennai. The Digital Marketing Executive will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels, including social media, search, and email, to build brand awareness and drive engagement. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing web content, monitoring campaign performance using web analytics tools, and preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations. The role involves coordinating with designers and developers for creative assets, managing social media calendars, and ensuring consistent communication across all digital touchpoints. The Digital Marketing Executive will also collaborate with the broader marketing team to align digital initiatives with overall marketing and advertising strategies.

Qualifications

• Preferred Agency Based Experience.
• Minimum 2-5 Years of Experience.
• Strong marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and understanding of both digital and traditional marketing concepts.
• Effective communication abilities, with clear written and verbal skills for collaborating with internal teams and presenting ideas to stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in social media marketing, including content scheduling, community management, and platform-specific optimization.
• Proficiency in web content writing, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and SEO-aware content for websites and digital campaigns.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools and techniques to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with basic design concepts and collaboration with creative teams; experience with marketing automation or ad platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
