Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Content Creation: Use design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) to create engaging graphics, videos, blogs, infographics, and other brand-aligned content.
  • Copywriting: Write compelling and platform-specific copy that reflects the brand voice and engages target audiences.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive traffic.
  • Social media Calendar: Create and manage monthly/weekly content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
  • SEO/SEM: Apply knowledge of search engine optimization and marketing to enhance visibility and reach.
  • Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Analytics Reporting: Use social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Metricool, Sprout Social, etc.) to track performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and refine strategies based on data insights.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to queries, and build a strong online community.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in digital marketing.

Skills Competencies

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Proficiency in design and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
