Job Description

Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: JP Nagar, South Bengaluru (Full-time)

Pay: 25,000 35,000per month (flexible for deserving candidates)

You'll collaborate with top-tier clients, including Van Heusen, L&T, Hitachi, LG, JSW, MakeMyTrip, BHEL, Xiaomi, and more.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 13 years of experience and strong LinkedIn expertise to drive B2B lead generation, automation, and digital brand growth. This is a pure digital-first role, separate from our event marketing execution teams.

What You'll Do

  • Lead LinkedIn-focused demand generation, content, and automation campaigns
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach tools, and automation platforms (Octopus, LinkedIn Helper, or similar)
  • Build and manage prospect databases using Lusha, Apollo, or similar tools
  • Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across:
  • SEO & Google Search
  • Email marketing (Mailchimp or similar tools)
  • Bulk WhatsApp marketing tools
  • Manage and track Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Publish and manage regular content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube
  • Track performance using Google Analytics and campaign dashboards
  • Build BizConnect's digital brand through thought-leadership and B2B content

What You Must Know (Mandatory Skills)

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator & LinkedIn automation tools
  • Lusha / Apollo or similar B2B data tools
  • AI tools for LinkedIn / content/outreach (any relevant tools)
  • Email marketing tools (Mailchimp or similar)
  • Bulk WhatsApp messaging platforms
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Social media content planning & posting across platforms
  • Canva for design (mandatory)
  • Basic video editing knowledge (bonus)

What We're Looking For

  • 13 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Strong B2B mindset with a focus on lead generation & ROI
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
