Job Description

We are a fast-growing IT and Tech agency delivering innovative digital solutions to clients across diverse industries. We specialize in web and app development, UI/UX design, cloud services, and digital transformation. We're looking for a dynamic and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and lead impactful marketing campaigns that drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, performance marketing, etc.).
  • Plan and execute strategies to increase online visibility, brand awareness, and measurable conversions.
  • Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), schedule content, and engage with the audience.
  • Optimize website and social media content for SEO, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Perform keyword research, backlinking, competitor analysis, and funnel optimization.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with a focus on ROI, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, ad platform dashboards, and social media insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to create engaging, conversion-focused marketing assets.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and performance marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Effectively manage a team, ensuring timely execution, optimization, and reporting of marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth project execution, performance alignment, and clear communication.
