Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as a Digital Marketing Executive is based in Vadodara. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and producing engaging content for digital channels. The role also involves analyzing web analytics to assess campaign performance, implementing strategies for audience engagement, and working closely with the team to meet marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
  • Execute and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search & Display)
  • Build and manage lead generation funnels (landing pages, lead forms, WhatsApp-based leads)
  • Perform audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation
  • Track, analyse, and optimise ad budgets, CPL, ROAS, and overall campaign performance
  • Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and events
  • Analyse lead quality and optimise campaigns for better conversion outcomes
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, ad policies, and platform updates

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or paid advertising
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and conversion funnels
  • Experience with Pixel setup, conversion tracking, and analytics tools
  • Ability to analyse data and make performance-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of budget optimisation and ROI-focused marketing
  • Basic understanding of landing pages, CRO, and user journey
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
