We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist (1-3 years) to help grow our real estate business through strong online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, PPC advertising, and other digital marketing channels to generate quality leads and increase property sales.
This role requires someone who understands how to attract potential buyers, investors, and property seekers through targeted digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to generate real estate leads
* Manage and optimize SEO campaigns to improve website rankings and organic traffic
* Run and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads
* Create and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for real estate-related searches
* Optimize website pages, landing pages, and property listings for conversions
* Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
* Manage online listings, local SEO, and Google Business Profile
* Coordinate with designers and content writers for marketing creatives and campaigns
* Generate regular reports on leads, conversions, and campaign performance
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO)
* Experience managing Google Ads and PPC campaigns
* Experience with Social Media Marketing and Paid Ads
* Knowledge of Lead Generation strategies for real estate
* Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research tools
* Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion tracking
* Good analytical and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with real estate companies or property marketing
* Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
* Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
