Job Role & Objectives
As a Digital Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive the digital growth, visibility, and premium positioning of AuraFloral Studio across all online platforms.
You will craft and execute strategic content, campaigns, and digital initiatives that reflect a modern, luxurious floral and lifestyle brandwhile delivering measurable growth in engagement, leads, and sales.
Your role combines creativity, strategy, analytics, and brand storytelling to build AuraFloral Studio into a recognizable and aspirational lifestyle brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Instagram & Social Media Marketing
- Curate and manage Instagram and other relevant social platforms to reflect a refined, modern, luxury floral aesthetic.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, festive moments, wedding seasons, and product launches.
- Strategize and schedule Reels, Stories, carousels, and static posts.
- Drive organic growth through audience engagement, collaborations, and community building.
- Identify and manage influencer partnerships within the premium, wedding, luxury, and lifestyle segments.
- Monitor trends and adapt content to remain culturally relevant and visually aspirational.
B. Website Growth & Optimization
- Collaborate with web developers/designers to ensure the website remains elegant, responsive, and SEO-optimized.
- Regularly update product collections, landing pages, blogs, and lead-generation funnels.
- Improve user journey and conversion rates through data-backed insights.
- Monitor website analytics (traffic, bounce rate, conversions) and suggest improvements.
- Implement basic on-page SEO and coordinate technical SEO enhancements.
C. Digital Marketing Campaigns & Paid Ads
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and Google platforms.
- Develop campaign strategies focused on ROI, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and copy.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS).
- Optimize budgets and improve campaign efficiency based on performance insights.
D. Brand Expansion & Strategic Growth
- Conceptualize and execute initiatives to position AuraFloral Studio beyond flowersinto gifting, luxury decor, events, and curated experiences.
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, designers, and influencers for premium brand storytelling.
- Identify partnership opportunities with luxury brands, event planners, wedding planners, and lifestyle businesses.
- Support new product or service launches with strong digital positioning.
E. Content Strategy & Storytelling
- Develop compelling brand narratives around celebrations, gifting moments, weddings, and luxury experiences.
- Create emotionally resonant copy for captions, ads, website content, and campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent tone of voiceelegant, refined, and aspirational.
- Coordinate visual storytelling with creative teams to ensure brand cohesion.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in lifestyle, luxury, wedding, or retail brands)
- Strong understanding of Instagram growth strategies and content trends
- Experience managing Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Basic SEO and website CMS knowledge
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using performance tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Aesthetic sense aligned with luxury branding
